July 2026

SECOND HALF OF THE YEAR
Welcome to July and the beginning of the second quarter. Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and professionalism you bring to those we support every day. Your care makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
As we move into this new month, let us continue to work together with kindness, respect, and excellence in delivering outstanding care. Wishing everyone a safe, rewarding, and successful July.
TRAINING NEEDS
There would be a refresher training for all staff for Manual Handling and Medication Administration.
This is proposed for the 15th July 2026.
Watch out for further information on the Staff Portal.

WELLBEING CORNER
The wellbeing of staff is just as important as the care we provide to our service users. The demands of the role can be both physically and emotionally challenging, which is why self-care must remain a priority.
Taking time to rest, maintaining good hydration, eating well, and ensuring adequate sleep are essential to staying healthy and effective in your role. Equally important is recognising when you need support and not hesitating to reach out to the office.

SAFEGUARDING CULTURE
We believe that it is always unacceptable for anyone to experience abuse of any kind, and we recognise that we have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals that we provide care and support for.
